Can't believe this clean-cut guy is the same raggedy guy we know today.

He was quite handsome, wasn't he? Too bad he got into the weed. I don't think smoking it all of these years did much for his looks! I am sort of surprised that he is even still around.

I don't really think it was weed that wrought such a change in Willie. I think what changed him came mostly in a bottle.

You are absolutely right. I have done both in my younger days and I can witness that alcohol is far far worse on the body than Weed. I still drink because it is legal, but I know I would be better off health wise to quit drinking and light one up.

Yes, Willie likes his Jack Daniels. And let’s not forget that he’s nearly 80 and has been touring for most of his life. I met him once and he is the most down to earth, and nicest “celebrity” you could ever hope to meet.

You can see he is uncomfortable in the suit and tie. Love the Outlaw Willie much better! His music is timeless.

Oh, the good ole days! I too would light one up if it were legal. I'm one of those wusses who get tipsy just being in the same room with alcohol - and if I actually drink any I get married. Learned my lesson.

Reminds us what a prolific songwriter he has been! I was never a "country" fan, but in those days, crossover hits were typical, and I remember the original versions of all of them. "Crazy" is a classic and one of my favorite songs.

A very good lady friend of my wife died at 47 of lung cancer - she only smoked grass (daily).

Yes, he does look stiff in that suit and tie. I guess it didn't suit him atall.
