🚧 South Leesburg Home Construction News – June 2025 Update | Growth, Development & Infrastructure 🚧

Welcome to another episode of South Leesburg Home Construction News—your monthly source for the latest updates on growth, development, and planning in the Leesburg area. While these projects are outside of The Villages, they tie into a larger conversation about infrastructure funding across Lake County. With a $710 million infrastructure shortfall looming, it's likely that current Lake County residents will bear the financial burden to close the gap, and the residents of Lake Denham, Dabney, and Newell, as well as the future residents of The Renaissance and Secret Promise will be affected.

Based on the great feedback from our first episode, I’ll now be releasing new episodes on the 1st of every month, covering the most relevant updates from:
• Leesburg City Commission
• Leesburg Planning Commission
• Lake County Commission
• Lake-Sumter MPO Community Advisory Committee (when applicable)
