Default Friends of ours buying in Summerglen

Good friends of ours are thinking of buying a home in Summerglen. They said they liked that there are only 1,000 homes and the place is away from everything. Still trying to talk them into the Villages.

Never never would I take it upon myself to impose my will on someone else.
I never interfere in anyone's marriage including my daughter's
I never interfere in neighborhood disputes

Why..............need you ask ?

My brother lives in Summer Glen and loves it.
The activities are limited: one golf course, one or two exercise classes, one restaurant that has changed owners several times and one pickleball court. Residents have requested another court. They do have softball and bowling teams. Because it is hidden you have to drive a distance to get to stores, restaurants, theatres, etc.
Have they looked at Stone Crest? Similiar in size to Summer Glen however the location is better.

Ron....have you moved here? I remember you posting that you were looking.

I agree that everyone should make their own decision on matters like this. Someone I know moved there thinking the amenities were less expensive.
I don't know if they are.
