I read it quickly yesterday, but one thing stuck in my mind. The writer says something to the effect that anyone of us given the money Tiger has would do the same.

I really, really, disagree. I know a lot of people that I feel sure would not abandon their family values for any reason.

One thing I was taught. You should not gamble with more than you can afford to lose.

All of his money now will not give him the wonderful experience of being with his children every day or buy back his good name in a lot of peoples views.

Money, after a certain level, only brings bigger houses, and bigger toys like boats and airplanes.

I feel in my heart that there is a Tiger in there somewhere who would give it all away to have what he lost.

I may be naive. He certainly was naive to trust that people would easily accept this behavior.

I hope that this moral ranting doesn't sound too much like a Revival, Flowerperson.

I guess our interpretation is just different.... First you are saying he was not involved with prostitutes; now you are syaing otherwise. I prefer to accept behavior where I am not involved and not label people based on some unsubstantiated accusations.

If Tiger is guilty, as Gracie says, he will lose a lot in this world. And I mean what is real, not just what is monetary. And he will have to answer to the man upstairs in the next.

I don't know where you come up with your intrepretation regarding my stance on his alleged participation with prostititutes. You have not grasped what I said - Perhaps you just don't read posts carefully. In any event, of course he stands to lose a lot, and has already done so.

I did not say prostitutes were not involved. I said no one has accused him of prostitution. Do you not see the difference? And I did not say you lack reading skills. I said perhaps you did not read my post carefullly. I do not appreciate the way you are implying I said something that I did not say.

I see no point in continuing this discussion. You're just out to make some point that apparently only you can understand. If it is that important to you, feel free to pm me. This is not relevant to the rest of the posters on this forum.

Risk to Family
 

It must be recognized that he risked bringing an STD home to his family and given his exploits it could have been HIV. Doesn't anyone remember Magic Johnson. This is not an innocent straying from good morals it is a serious threat to his wife and children and the STD he could have exposed them to along with the terrible HIV virus.
None of this even touches on the destruction of his wife's confidence and hurt nor the impact on the children as they grow and learn of it. Rest assured his wife will never get over it and it will always be a dark cloud hanging over the house and his family..All because he was a selfish person who thought of no one but himself and his children were second to his sick way of life.
I have no sympthy for him and the best he can do is reconstruct a near normal life with a dark cloud that will always be there for his wife and children.

As I said earlier he has the makings of a good politician....

When I first heard the story I thought it was his wife caught with some pro athlete. About one year ago someone passed on some pictures of his wife that made me blush , They were not modeling shots. I felt sorry for Tiger .
Now who knows what is going on ? Just a sad case for the family for sure.
