Default Toyota service, Ocala or Leesburg?

Have a leased car that needs 20,000 mile maintenance. It's 100% covered. Although Leesburg is closer, might go to Ocala to hit some other stores.

What are the pros and cons of service at each dealer? I have no experience with either.

Thank you

We love the Toyota dealer in Leesburg for service. We had two Toyotas and used them for 6 years and bought our second Toyota because we loved the service so much.

Phillips Toyota in Leesburg has good service. It's always been a pleasant experience.

Agree with Leesburg but Ocala has better stores and resturaunts.

Default Bad Experience in Ocala

We had our car serviced in Ocala. We made three trips to Ocala before they supposedly fixed the car. Something was not right after the last visit so we went to Leesburg. They found the problem right away. It was a problem caused by oversight on the mechanic's fix. The problem was corrected by Leesburg and they were able to get the Ocala dealer to pay for the damage caused. I would definitely stick with Leesburg - they were much easier to deal with and we did not get the runaround with them like we did in Ocala.
