Hi all, just a quick update. Tomorrow is the final day of our three day attorney review. I received a call today from the township saying a letter would be forthcoming tomorrow in time for the attorney review period. We have a CO inspection scheduled for July 15th and a closing date scheduled for July 25th. Things seem to be moving along but one can never be sure. The buyers called via my realtor this afternoon and wanted to purchase our bedroom set and some furniture from the living room, so I guess they are serious. I will keep you all updated and thanks for your thoughts and prayers.......

07, Tennis in August?!n I don't play tennis, but I like pickleball and ping pong. Tennis? I would faint! :redface: I guess nights and very early mornings could work. Do you play midday???
