It's sold we're just waiting to hear it's closed. We close on the 29th of April. We should be down on the 2nd of May.

Our house in NJ has been on the market for almost four weeks now and as soon as we hear those words, we'll be down there with our money in hand. We're looking to purchase a Lily or Lantana model. Don't start the party til we get there.
