Tal, I believe this site shows home listed on MLS, but not on VLS (the Villages internal listing service).

Barefoot is right, my Villa is not listed there, I guess it's because of VLS..

Default If you type in your street address...
...you should get a value for your house as well as selling prices for houses in your vicinity. At least, that is what came up when I put in my street address.

I really like this site!

It has my house (and similar on our block) in Norcal increasing in value over $108K in the last month.




Zillow has it at $170K less! At this point, I'd split the difference and pack up for TV!
