Default Interactive Map chronicling the 2010 Census.

Here's a neat tool to track the ups and downs in population in each county in the U.S., including the racial and ethnic concentrations and patterns of housing development.

According to this map, Sumter County's population has increased 75.1% in the years between 2000 and 2010, with large increases in every demographic group.

Would you have guessed Sumter County's population of Asians increased 181% in those 10 years?

There that and more to be found on this cool tool.
