Hummingbird Webcam: Phoebe II
For anyone who likes to follow wildlife webcams, Phoebe II the hummingbird just laid her first egg a few minutes ago (probably will be followed by another) in this California location.

I would love to watch the live webcam but can't. Did you have to download the PDFfile to watch? I tried to download it but stopped it because it was going to take over my toolbar.
Love watching bird webcams. The You tube video is awesome! |

There is a noticeable delay before the video comes on....maybe wait a little longer. I didn't have to download anything first. Good luck!

Anyone seen Mama today? I've checked the cam five or six times and she's always gone. She must be shopping, lol.

One baby was hatched last night and another one this morning. The mother will leave the nest for a few minutes every hour to forage until they grown feathers, then she will leave longer to find nectar. The chicks will leave the nest in three weeks. It will be interesting to watch them grow. Beautiful little birds.
