We all have been "around the blocks" of life's neighborhood long enough to have had some epiphanies, and possibly honed some wisdom.

If you were given the opportunity, what one thing would you teach those coming up? Why would you choose this lesson or skill?

I would say to keep an open mind - along with the old 80/20 rule, listen more than you talk. And never say never.
I think that's three lessons, but who's counting

Sorry, two for me:

Do as you will each day but do nothing that will prevent you from looking yourself in the eye the next morning.

The only thing of value you will ever truly own is your word. Don't squander it on lies or unkept promises.

What my grandfather taught me:

We are the sum of the choices we make

Live their life with God as the center remembering that everything they have belongs to God. That God loves them. Share the gift of salvation that God offers so that others can come to God.

BUC: God Bless You for sharing.

My dear dad always taught me to live by the "golden rule"

Do onto others as you would have them do onto you(hope I have that right}

Also, keep a very close connection with your higher power for a peaceful heart. ;D

The most important lesson I've learned? That happiness is only an atmosphere created by your mind. You will be as happy as you make up your mind to be. :bigthumbsup:
