When you eat at home, what time do you normally eat?

Why? Do you want to come over for dinner?

I don't eat meals because I don't think it is healthy. I eat individual items about 6 or 7 times a day. Eating a large meal in the evening is especially unhealthy.

No, I just think it is better for digestion, and preventing heartburn.

Time varies based on the days activities and also based on the time of the year. We love being outdoors, and the evening hours are our favorite time of the day, so as a general rule of thumb we never eat dinner until it gets dark out. So dinner is much later in the spring/summer than it is in the fall/winter. The only problem with our dinner schedule is that it does not lend itself well to taking advantage of the "early bird" special.

We eat 6 small meals per day. Each is balanced with protein and carbs. Keeps the glucose levels consistent throughout the day. No highs and lows in sugar levels and no binge eating at the end of the day.
