I apologize for taking this long to say thank you from the bottom of my heart for all the condolences, cards, PM's, food, donations, visits, caring and love in regards to the passing of my son-in-law last month. A hit and run is tough to deal with and a loss of someone so young is especially hard this time of year. Jessica and Taylor are deeply moved by the outpouring of kindness from so many that they have never met from The Villages. This IS Americas Friendliest hometown and she believes we surely are blessed to be a part of such a caring community. Jessica is overwhelmed with the loss, but will thank each of you soon. I just wanted to personally say thanks and God Bless to all of you for being so kind and gracious. May everyone have Happy Holidays and a very Happy New Year. Thank you all, again!! The community response here, as well as with Jess and Jim's social network, was amazing. It is our human nature to rise to the occasion when help is needed.

I wish we were all better at appreciating, on a daily basis, all the good things in our lives and learning not to 'sweat the small stuff'.
