Will the "sequestor" affect Medicare?

One story that would suggest that it does;

Cancer clinics are turning away thousands of Medicare patients. Blame the sequester.

I don't think we've "seen nothing yet"! Just wait til 2014! I'm telling all my loved ones on Medicare to try to get "fixed" before 2014 kicks in!
