Are there any good "step" or floor aerobic or pilates classes available?

Don't know if you are aware that the Recreation Guide issued every Thursday in the Daily Sun lists all activities. There are definitely Pilates and Aerobics offered. The wonderful thing is that you can visit the classes and pick the ones that offer the level of challenge you want.
