Default "The Sweetest Come-back ever!"

Theeeey're back!! Made a special trip to Walmart today. No, they're not gluten-free! Who needs fresh, hot Krispy Cremes when you can get even more preservatives and live forever with Twinkies! "The sweetest come-back ever!"

One of the tastiest (and healthiest?) treats I ever had was a deep fried Twinkie with chocolate sauce!

I think my FitBit exploded when I read that one!

Can Yankee Doodles and Devildogs be far behind?

I read the title of the post and thought it was about Mickelson winning the golf tournament. But as a Twinkie lover, thanks for the post!

I waited for the excitement to die down and last week bought the new Hostess chocolate cupcakes......

As a youngster 55-60 years ago, the cupcakes were my favorite. Never was much of a Twinkie fan but really loved those cupcakes.

Sorry, but I'll not buy them again. The chocolate frosting is HALF as thick and the cream filling is considerably less. Since the overall size has been reduced over the years, I won't comment on that.

Personally, I'll be surprised if Hostess cupcakes & Twinkies last on the shelves!

We had a couple twinkies about 2 weeks ago while we are here in Illinois. Smashing! Slightly smaller but just as good. Best wife has me on a "controlled food intake" for the next month and it does not include sweets. Never hungry and lost 5 pounds the first week. But come September I'll have just a couple of twinkies!

Default Ho Ho's are my favorite

Ho Ho's are my favorite. I haven't seen them in the supermarkets in the Chicago area yet. Where are you Ho Ho's?
