Now they push a button on a computer and the lawsuit is filed, almost zero work, they still get 33%.
Every other industry has seen technology reduce costs.

Again your post feeds the finger pointing that is paralyzing the discussion. Yes tort reform is needed but it is not only a liberal issue. None of the major networks will shine any negative light on the price gouging by healthcare industry for fear of losing millions on advertising dollars. Those same dollars keep our poor leadership in office. If this forum is representative of American voters polititians need not worry about losing their jobs as long as CNN and Fox are on air.
