Do you honestly really believe as Trump says that coal mining is coming back ????? Really, based on what ?

I know if i happened to be a 45-65 year old coal miner earning a good living, I would really be looking forward to losing my job as a miner just so I could be retrained as a 'high tech' worker who would start at the bottom and work my way up to good paying position in 5-10 years. She must really think people are stupid.
