It is a convenient means of delaying, side stepping or not answering a question.

At first I thought these coughing fits were to dodge questions. But of most recent, it's clear that Killary has some serious medical problems. I find it mind boggling that the American people cannot get an (honest) answer from her medical doctor about her health. After all, it is our right to know the health of the person we are potentially hiring to run our country. I want to make it clear that under no circumstances would I ever vote for her and I cannot believe that there is even one person who feels she qualified or deserves to hold the highest office. We are being controlled ever so much during this election from the bias media to our current president and government corruption. I am ashamed to call any of these people our leaders. Our only hope is for Mr. Trump to become president. If he doesn't......we will no longer have a country. 😩😩

It's amazing how everyone demands to see a candidate's tax returns, but totally ignore the idea that a candidate may not be fit physically to function in the position. Notice I did not say Mentally. That does not seem to be a concern this election cycle.
