Why did the not just dis-allow anybody who does not like the flag to enter.

Oh no that would be offensive to the minority while it is OK to take away Americans right to fly the flag:

If they don't like what the flag represents they can get the hell out!

I suggest you READ about how the IRISH CATHOLICS were treated-IRISH NEED NOT APPLY was common in employment ads. THE JEWS-my people. Are you aware that in WWII Jews trying to escape Hitler landed in NEW YORK HARBOR and the US GOVERNMENT sent them back to Germany. They were all sent to the camps. I'm not aware that any survived. FYI-my father and my uncle both volunteered for service in WWII. My uncle received military honors for preventing his shot up B17 from crash
landing in France. My father a forward observer in the Philippines was one of only 18 in his battalion to survive WWII.
