Yes it CAN...genetics is what makes whites and Asians "better". We are hybrids, Neanderthal and "human", blacks are NOT hybrids. They never got that boost that we did...it's WHY they're ALWAYS at the bottom of the barrel. There are NO "black paradises". There aren't even black places a normal person would want to live.

Genetically, they're a different species. They're like the "first original corn" the native americans first found compared to modern genetically ENHANCED modern corn. One has 5-6 kernels (low IQ) the other is LOADED with kernels (high IQ). Get it? Genetically they are 50,000 years behind.

It's NOT the "system" that matter as much as the demographics of the population. More whites ALWAYS equals a better place to live. Asians do well too when they adopt the white western model.

Yeah and some of us remember when Europe was not diverse.

I still remember one of my german friends saying (many years ago) that when traveling they always were glad to get back to germany where there were germans that made the beds up at night and in the kitchen cooking the meals and driving the cabs.

That is all passe' with the diversity. Maybe the destruction of a species....where ever there is diversity that is!
