Default Democracy is not in the Consitution

In the entire 4,400-word document that serves as our country's foundation (U.S. Constitution), there's one word that does not appear even once:
DEMOCRACY.

Long before the Constitution was ratified, President John Adams wrote “An Essay on Man's Lust for Power,” in which he argued that “democracy will soon degenerate into an Anarchy.”

Treasury Alexander Hamilton claimed that the “very character” of ancient democracies was far from absolute freedom — it was “tyranny.”

The Founding Fathers knowing what they did about the fate of democracies, created a democratic republic. “The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government,” reads Article IV, Section 4.

This is why we do not recognize the popular vote in the presidential election. Two words, anarchy and tyranny.

Time for the grieving to end and the protesting to cease. Time for the winners to move forward unhindered and the losers to lick their wounds and figure out how to be constructive in making Americans proud again. Quit tearing our country apart and quit allowing yourselves to be led around by gossip and false accusations.

Or, just keep acting the fool and airing your country's dirt in public.

When you all support mindless Hollywood actors, you are just making them richer. It does nothing to help your position in life and it does nothing to bring our country together.

Who cares about Hollywood birthdays? They are NOT royalty, no matter how much you wish that of them. They are high paid court jesters that are being paid to entertain and have no other value.

You can be sure that the Founding Fathers were concerned about the tyranny of the majority in a Democracy. That is reflected in the early restrictions on who could vote. At first the vote was given only to White, male, property owners.

Among the concerns was that expressed by Benjamin Franklin. “When the people find that they can vote themselves money that will herald the end of the republic.” ― Benjamin Franklin

The Electoral College for Presidential Elections was a measure specifically designed to forestall the tyranny of the majority. This was because the Forefathers were agrarian people who were not concentrated in the big cities, and they did not want the more numerous city people to dominate.

How many people fail to realize that our country is a Republic despite the fact that for hundreds or thousands of times over the years they have said, "I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America, and to the Republic for which it stands......."

When the founding fathers began crafting the Articles of Free they looked to ancient civilizations forms of government and in particular Greece which was a democracy and Rome a Republic. They came to recognize that the eventual end of a democracy is anarchy and chose as their model the Republic of Rome.

It is one of the reason when people speak of concern for this nation they compare what is happening to what caused the rise and fall of Rome.

Today's American is doing an excellent job of mimicking Rome's problems including the corruption , decadence and having mercenary armies to defend it.

smarter people would take heed?

But we're NOT smarter...our "smartness" peaked in the late 1950s and it's been falling ever since. Stupid "people" are taking over...and it shows.

Bravo!

Property rights are an enigma to women because they have a claim on their husband's property ("community property") in the spousal relationship.

After that it's a small jump to claiming property of the taxpayer -- hence the screwed up mess we're in.

Moral of the story: the Constitution needs an overhaul, starting with repeal of the 17th Amendment (popular election of senators -- e.g. that disgusting John McCain.)

"No State Legislature is going to send a megalomaniac psychopath like Hillary Clinton to Washington, who the turns around and has the Federal Government start bossing the States around."

"The Magic Sentences Of Liberty"

"Liberty" is a poetic term for property rights.

Therefore there are only two kind of laws:

Type 1) those that protect property rights,
Type 2) and those that attack property rights <--- where fascism lives

"Have the government do unto others and their property as you'd have the government do unto you, and your property."

(We can eliminate 90% of the cr*p and conflict we call politics with first principles of Liberty.)

Male brains neurologically are connected front to back, female brains side to side. Roughly speaking, the back of the brain handles perception and the front of the brain handles action; the left hemisphere of the brain is the seat of logical thinking, while the right side of the brain begets intuitive thinking. The findings lend support to the view that males may excel at motor skills, while women may be better at integrating analysis and intuitive thinking. In other words, cavemen survived because they could handle a club, cavewomen survived because they could think.

One genders brain is constantly confused with emotion vs logic. It's why women suffer more mental illness like depression, bipolarism, and schizophrenia. Disorders having to do with emotion. Men have one voice in their head...women have many.

I'm telling you people...they KNOW how we work, what gets us going...and they use it against us...all day...every day.

Do I have to tell you again WHY cavewomen survived? By pleasing the caveman. The caveman ensured the survival of the species.

It wasn't great female thinking that brought western civilization...it was white men.
