Gotta keep those stats up! This is what a "great school" did with those it can't teach.

The whole system is corrupt.

When will we the people object to the dumbing down of America for the benefit of the few.

They (parents and students) have no interest or motivation to stretch and reach a goal. Their goal is to stand and wait doing nothing, earning nothing for the system to give them a pass as proven in this instance.

This is also a good example of incompetence at the helm of the school and the government. As a result of compromised standards of acheivement. Then eventually incompetence breeds more lowering of the bar which breeds more incompetence.

However on paper everybody feels good.

We have become a nation of easily compromised values.

The make up of America is comprised of the benefactors of the lowering of the bar and requirements. Hence mediocre or no accomplishment is granted the same rewards as those who strive to do better or do what is right.

What is it going to take for the moral majority to put down their remote, get off their collective a$$e$ and start calling these admins on their gross incompetence.

If the minority and special interest groups don't like it that is just too bad. Let them understand they too have to put forth the effort to get the gain.

There is much truth in the slogan " make America great again ".....not intended to support the candidate but to highlight to get America back to it's former self......do away with the compromise of the unmotivated few!!!

Exactly, ON PAPER everything looks great, but it's ALL a big fat lie.

That's the problem with education. You have 3 genetically different lines and you're trying to teach them all at the same rate. It won't work because it can't work. We need to face reality and work WITH nature and not against it. But yes, they'll scream bloody murder when you segregate the "races" and teach them accordingly. Because Asians will come out on top, followed by whites, followed by hispanics, followed by blacks. You can't force genetics to cooperate with your grand plan.

This was an excellent school with a few minority students who they pushed through with fake scores to keep the schools averages up. The same thing would happen to national averages if you took the minorities scores out. We'd go back to near the top instead of average where we are now.

More than half of kindergartners are now "minorities", testing scores will continue to go down or the standards will have to be lowered. These kids will be the new "norm" with everything geared towards them to the detriment of the "new minority", the white kids. We're doomed.

Why didn't you THINK before pulling that lever! No Ds or Rs, they did this to us. The Ds to get the votes, the Rs to get cheap labor.
