In the vast majority of TV advertisements , TV series and Movies Blacks are always in the " power position ". Black men and women are more often than not " The Judge " , the manager , the boss , the brilliant MD , the life saving surgeon , the hero .

White males are usually portrayed as bumbling idiots especially if they are playing the role of Father and / or Husband .
If not the above then the White Male is an evil person who must be taken down by the Black Hero .

That's when I cry...because that is America's future as the minorities become the majority.

What you see on TV is propaganda. You want to know what the Hispanics and blacks are REALLY like...you have to go where they are...where they live. It's NOT pretty. It's NOT what you see on TV.

However in real life someone who is educated , experienced and skilled must do the real work to be done day in and day out . And still today that is not being carried out by the minorities that the media and entertainment industries constantly worship .

Exactly...white men built western civilization and all the technology that goes with it. We maintain it.

In 20 years there will be a major shortage of Trades-men . Pipe-fitters , carpenters , electricians , welders , ironworkers et al .

Reason being males or at least white males are actively being raised as gender neutral / feminized beings . And they would never take up such jobs as listed above .

Despite the intended outcome of long term - decades now of mandated affirmative action work rules someone still has to be able to do the work and bring in profits . Otherwise the corporation fails despite the recognition as a workplace that celebrates and embraces diversity .

EVERYTHING fails that embraces diversity...disagree? Name one. Name something that verifyably improved with diversity.
