The Vanity Fair piece about Mitt Romney is very interesting as it goes into detail about what Romney's leadership style was like within his power grid within the Mormon Church as well as what he was like as a leveraged buyout expert. The Dark Side of Mitt Romney | Politics | Vanity Fair

It does gives glimpses as to what kind of President he might be.

Vanity Fair??.......I have to agree with Bucco on this.

This magazine, with it's liberal bias, has a long history of the expose' of Republicans. This is just one more.

You will be hard pressed...no, better yet....in the last two weeks or so, I have in fact presented posts based on responding to personal attacks on Romney....one on his high school days.....and one on a recent best seller. Other than that, I have never since 2008 ever attacked the MAN Obama.....NEVER.

The posts being generated now are attacking Romney, the MAN.

I post mucho negative on Obama and HIS POLICIES...he is the President, thus his policies are there. I have never ever discussed, other than what I just mentioned, the MAN Obama...his family.....nothing and there is a lot out there to say.

So, please if you are to take me to task, that is your right but please be honest.

Barefoot is probably not addressing you personally. I know that I cannot always keep straight which strong Republican poster has posted what about Obama's days in Chicago and other stuff which does go to Obama's biographical highlights.

I was told QUITE LOUDLY, IN PRIVATE MESSAGES AS WELL AS ON THIS FORUM in 2008 that Obama's relationship with Rev Wright MEANT NOTHING AND I AM MEAN FOR MENTIONING IT....I was told that if he had a relationship with communists in his youth, THAT MEANT NOTHING AND I WAS,,,,,,WELL LOTS OF THINGS....FOR EVEN MENTIONING IT.

When did the rules change on that ? I was absolutely ridiculed on here in 2008 for mentioning anything that might show anything about Obama in the WH.

I would actually like to see some factual discussions on the "dark side of Obama". There has been no proof though that Obama is a communist nor even that he is a racist of any kind. You never ever heard those accusations from me ever. Anytime that FACTUAL stuff from his background is posted, we are called all kinds of names....told it means nothing...

could it be that there is a dark side to obama because there is no proof available to dispute the accusations? could it be that there is a dark side because of the "characters" with whom he has been associated? could the dark side have deepened because of the enlightenment over the "compilations" that appear as real people in his writings? just sayin'.

If Romney even said hello to one half of the folks that Obama has associated with he would be crucified.

If Romney even attended ONE service with Wright, he would be toast.

If Romney said hello to the folks that support Obama (farakhan, etc), he would be toast.

If Romney ever praised the polices of those that Obama has praised he would be toast.
