Ashton Carter seems like a person who is into doing his job of protecting the USA, it's citizens and it's allies.

He has time and time again made recommendations to Obama and the all consuming "WH" only to have months go by with no response.

I find it amusing and disgraceful that people who are not qualified to even be in the WH (including Obama), have absolutely no managerial or financial backgrounds, have no idea what it takes to have an effective military......are micro managing the Department of Defense.
