What could be done practically to stop all these murders??

Some are shootings, others are stabbings, and others something else.

Most look gang related and they seem emboldened by Tweeter and the like.

I would suggest a wall around the city to keep the animals inside. If you want to solve it long term, a small nuclear device should take care of it. Nothing of value comes from that city anyway.

Needed is an intelligent leader. Look what Rudy Giuliani did for crime in NY while Mayor. Rahm Emanuel, Chicago's Mayor, is unqualified to the position and has no clue how to deal with Chicago's crime. Being Obama's unqualified Chief of Staff surely vaulted him into Obama's Chicago top spot, with voters not taking into consideration whether or not he was qualified for the position. Chicago voters put him in the position so as we see in Chicago and in DC, what you get is what you vote for. I am not saying Democrats seem more prone to failure but just look how well Detroit and San Francisco are doing, along with many other Democratically controlled cities. Just sayin!!

Chicago is a city in crises in many respects. It was Rahm Emanuel that said "never let a crisis go to waste" Well he has plenty of opportunities with Chicago.

Chicago long owned by Democrats is a prime example of what happens when corruption goes unabated

How do you stop gang wars when the people responsible for law and order are not law and order abiding citizens? How do you stop a debt ridden city from going deeper in debt when public union and private unions continue their assault on taxpayers, businesses, etc.? And then there is Democrats fondness for more taxation and more spending.

New York had a chance but not with Di Blasio as we are seeing a return to total corruption. While New York has not broken the chains of unions it at least had its crime under better control. It at least made an effort to root out bad cops. then there is democrats fondness for more taxation and more spending.

Obama has applied this same sort of Chicago mentality becoming ruler rather than president. If you objectively examine what he and his cronies have done you will see that it amounts to the same sort of tyranny as King George. Too many citizens do not even recognize to what extent their freedoms have been abolished. And then there is Democrats fondness for more taxation and more spending.

And then we watch as Hillary' corruption and crimes not only go unpunished but she is celebrated. Such action "shocks the conscious" and indeed is a harbinger of the continuing decline of America. And then there is Democrats fondness for more taxation and more spending

Totally agree. Liberals celebrate when their idols get away with crimes. That's our corrupt America. Liberals are like spoiled children. Everything is given to them and they are not held responsible for anything. Because of that, they expect more and more from those that have earned it.

Cities are mostly minorities, the DON'T think when they vote. They vote for whom they're told to vote for in places like church or the barber shop. Why would they "think" before voting when they don't "think" before doing anything else? They're racist idiots.
