would loucard please point out to me which party was in the majority during the last two years of the bush 43 administration...thanx

and could someone confirm for me that much of the debt we are in had a basis in the failure of the mortgage market...where the bad mortgages of countrywide were sold off to freddy mac and frannie mae...and wasn't that headed by barney franks?...thanx

and wasn't christopher dodd in carge of the financial regulations under which banks and all manner of finacial businesses were operating...please advise...thanx

if bush 43 wanted $$ to continue the wars we were in and the majority party wanted more liberal spending and regulating [or lack of regulating] wasn't there a you scratch my back and i'll scratch your back running the country?...

the way i see it, there is plenty of blame for the right/left, liberal/conservative interests - your thoughts appreciated...

another thread by LouCard that added up to nothing of value discussed or learned. A really good microcosm of the Democrat devotee.

We owe a lot to President Obama. The right wingers will be apologizing a lot in the near future.

I just hope that the Dem's stay strong so we can save us and our country, but save the Right Wing from there self destruction. "THEY KNOW NOT WHAT THEY DO."
Barry is making sure he is a one timer.

Default Today's Democratic party

of Soros, Obama, Reid, Pelosi, Holder, Geithner, Axelrod, Emmanuel, Sunstein, Sibelius, Jarrett (radicals et al) in no way, shape or form resembles the real Democratic party of JFK and Truman...maybe someday you folks towing the far left party line will see that. Even the more moderate Clintons are biding their time watching the Obama implode...so Hillary can run against him in 2012.

Obama is a far left Progressive grayesun and he is trying to hold the left's interest and favor since they feel he isn't moving swiftly or agressively enough toward socialism and more government control.

I sit back and watch, wondering if the Clintons are really making a move for 2012. Someone in the administration challenging a sitting President would be interesting. Hillary WANTS to be POTUS. She'd have to raise money ahead of the primary and that would create an absolute battle when she showed her hand.

Default Potus

This guy knows he lucked out and is in it for the one term. He certainly acts the part as he wanders aimlessly taking vacation after vacation as if he does not have a care in the world. Well, for sure, he doesn't pay attention to the wants and needs of the American public.
And, by the way, before he starts blaming Bush, let us remember that for the last two years of the Bush presidency, congress was controlled by the Dems.

Default Don't forget the basic definitions, credo and talking points

of the Dems:

UGLY...means one disagrees with Obama, or the Dem party positions on anything.

Stock answer for anything they cannot defend, explain or believe...it was Bush's fault or the nebulous previous 8 years.

Mistake...means Republicans think they can do the same as the Dems did/do without caustic commentary.

Joke...the worn out babbling of what the Dems inherited (yes they do conveniently forget what party ruled the majority at the time).

And oh so many others that help qualify their beliefs according to their need.

Not just my opinion but I believe Barry should resign or get reassigned rather than the head of BP.
