Default Healthcare under Hillary

Ever thought of what it will be like being on the same healthcare system with 30 Million Illegal Aliens, Unvetted Syrian Refugees 70,000 Central American families recently let in? Hillary is on record with Open Borders and expanding the disaster of OBAMACARE. Except of course for Hillary, her family and members of Congress who have a DIFFERENT Plan.

What will you tell your grandkids when they cannot get a needed life saving operation because there are thousands of illegals ahead of him or her??

I'll tell them NOT to count on the government for anything. I will tell them that the gov is just liberal leaches dependent on taking from those that have to further their own agenda. I will tell them that if they need a hip replacement that would normally cost $70K, travel to Columbia and get it for $7K. If they need a knee replacement, travel to Asia and get it cheaper, even including airfare. That way, they will not die waiting for a gov health care system to approve their operation.

I've been to other countries, socialist countries and have seen how their gov run health care system works. The only ones that get good service are those that have money. Even Germany, that boasts of great health care and charges a crazy amount of taxes to pay for it, those that have money get preferential treatment.

Well, it seems Hilary advocates single payer government health insurance. She and her supporters call it "Medicare for all". In reality, it would be "VA healthcare for all". Just think about that long and hard before Nov 8th.

It's not even a consideration or thought. I do not plan to vote for that criminal that sold her soul to the devil, George Soros for a few silver coins and a chance at ultimate power.

I would vote for Biden or even Palin before I would even contemplate Hillary as a possibility. Shoot, if Gary Johnson the dope head was the Republican candidate, he would get my vote against Hillary.

I think Obamacare will self implode on it's own, no matter how high the few remaining insurers raise the rates.

Because the higher they raise them the more people will drop out because they can't afford it.

My son is paying $2,600 a month for his family plan.

Amazing. I remember clearly the president in 2009 stating that if you already have insurance, this won't affect you at all---and your average cost will go down $2500/year. BTW, if you like your doctor, you can keep your doctor too.

I placed that in the same credibility level as someone telling me that the check is in the mail. I have not met anyone that has benefited from Obamacare. But, I have met a few that have lost their insurance or had it increase substantially. Mine fits in the second category.....it went way up and provides less service.

Yes, but you should feel good that you are paying for illegal aliens, contraceptives for nuns, and transgender surgery for prisoners

First of all I want to state that I did NOT vote for OBAMA.

Way back when Billy was running to be president and he was talking about universal healthcare, I had a German friend and I asked him how universal healthcare works in Germany.

First of al he said that people who can afford it buy PRIVATE HEALTHCARE INSURANCE. As I understood it, IF, YOU PAY FOR IT YOU CAN GET BETTER CARE. Obamacare, THE PLAN HILLARY SUPPORTS, everyone gets the same care WHETHER THEY PAY FOR IT OR NOT. THAT IS SOCIALISM. THAT IS NOT WHAT THEY HAVE IN GERMANY.

Under what you seem to suggest: a young healthy guy decided rather than to PAY for healthcare insurance he will buy a nice car. There he is driving that nice car and he gets into a serious auto crash. Does he scream HELP ME or does he scream I HAVE NO INSURANCE SO TAKE ME TO THE TRASH DUMP-DEAD OR ALIVE.

Currently, everyone gets healthcare WHETHER THEY PAY FOR IT OR NOT. I have a friend who WAS HEALTHY so he had no insurance. He got an infection into his heart. He was taken to a PRIVATE HOSPITAL they gave him EMERGENCY CARE. When they discovered he had no insurance they transferred him to a state hospital. My friend received a heart valve replacement. I'm guessing but the bill would be about 250,000. HE NEVER PAID A DIME. Like any other business the cost of THEFT is added to the price the people that do pay have to pay.

At the time this happened, I was paying roughly 14,000 a year for healthcare insurance for my wife and I.

OBAMACARE is already FAILING, the insurance companies have found they are loosing millions at the price our DICTATORIAL GOVERNMENT says they can charge. They are refusing to write the policies. Obamacare, must and it will turn into a single payer system and the payer will be the AMERICAN TAXPAYER.

I also pay $14,000 a year for a high deductable policy through Florida Blue? How should the ridiculous cost of health care be dealt with? Can we refuse care to people who have no insurance and cannot afford it? It is very easy to say they are lazy and should get a job but that is often not the case. This forum has a great number of Trump like opinions but none that address the real problem with health care, too many people get it for little or nothing and are not concerned with cost. I was one of those people until the manufacturing plant I worked at shutdown after I'd be there for 38 years. My promised early retirement and continued health coverage gone. The problem with health care cost is not illegals.

You are correct in your conclusion.

Following this election cycle, and then fact checking, it appears we want to blame immigration for all our problems, when in fact it is an issue that needs addressed, but not close to our biggest problems.

I suppose blaming them, as Trump likes to do, is the easy way ou.

Like taking USA jobs...that also is not even close to true. We refuse to accept that our great country needs to pay attention to technology because we are losing plants and jobs simply because we train nobody. That can be fact checked.

Bottom line...immigrants are the least of our worries

I think you all forget that many people, including myself, were unable to obtain healthcare insurance before Obamacare. Private insurance companies would NOT insure anyone with a preexisting condition....it got so ridiculous that one company refused to cover a newborn for that reason.

I had to work longer as my company was purchased just before my planned retirement.....the new company threatened to drop the retiree healthcare plan so I couldn't take the chance. They have since dropped the healthcare plan replacing it with a healthcare spending account. We worked for less wages for years because the retiree healthcare plan.

Companies do not want to cover employees anymore...what would you propose as a solution to the problem?

Default A Colorado High

If you want to see where progressives intend going if Hillary is elected keep an eye on Colorado's Amendment 69/aka ColoradoCare which is being voted on Nov 8th. Essentially it is a single payer health care plan that requires a $25 billion tax increase which is going to be raised with a 10% payroll tax that also includes investment income. The Colorado state budget is $27 billion. [E]very decision is made by a 21 member panel...................

It appears the hallucinating effects of legalized marijuana is not fictional and smoking it does indeed drop the IQ by 6 points

This is a different Colorado High than John Denver's

So, since we have a few million that did not have insurance, we all have to pay more than we can afford today, so that others can have insurance? I have news for you, since Obamacare only about five more million have insurance than did before Obamacare. Yes, they claim ten million signed up but that is because millions lost their insurance because of Obamacare.

Obama claimed that about 40 million did not have insurance in 2009. (about ten million of those qualified for Medicaid)
31,371,337 do not have insurance today, according to our gov.

Obamacare cost America way too much. Dems stole a trillion bucks from Medicare to pay for it and next year will be asking for double that to keep Obamacare solvent.
Obamacare was a bust and since Republicans did not have ANYTHING to do with it, the Dems own it and it's disaster in 2017.

The rest of us have to sacrifice and pay more than we can afford so that a very few can be forced to have some form of insurance. What a great deal. Penalize those that have produced so that the lazy can leech off of us.

BINGO - Everyone that is on Medicare or Cadillac company sponsored plans (I predict reneges on these promises which did happen to me) shout the loudest about repealing Obamacare. Easy enough to be comfortable when you have a roof over your head. How about a relative of mine who was self employed and retired. Visited me in The Villages and want to move here full time. Discovered could not get health insurance due to a pre existing condition. Did not move here to pursue his retirement dream and forced to stay in his home state for fear of losing coverage. Don't be so quick to throw out the baby with the wash water. Could be your relative next.
