Useless, no value added information for the majority.
And it certainly does not belong in the political forum.

So what do you think ?

Too much big government or a good idea ?
Creates another problem---it may not be his WIFE that he is getting to pills to perform.

And discrimination against gays. A liberal conundrum.

Trying to legislate whether or when and for what or who a guy wants a boner med???
Really? This is a political subject?
Is somebody suggesting their boner rights are being violated?
Is somebody complaining boner meds are being used inappropriately?

I suppose in this day and age there is a possibility this could lead to a new special interest group of some type.

The subject raises all types of issues.

The hypocrisy of the political left is amazing. A grown man, say over 60 years of age, needs a pill just to do what he did years earlier, and they want "permission". But the same people think it is OK for a 13 year old girl to have an abortion without even notifying the parents. What a joke. The only assumption one can make is that whatever position Bernie takes, Hilary will stake one out even further left.

I guess someone was bored and figured that they would throw something out here and talk about the first thing that pops up.....

Obviously, none of the posters bothered to read the reason this bill was written.

Go back, read it, and then post your comments.

It makes perfect sense to me - now that I know the reason for the introduction of the bill.

Make men undergo the same type of humiliating exams or "hoops to jump through" when getting their ED meds as a woman when she wants to exercise her reproductive rights.

Sounds like a sexist dart toss to me.

There is not even the remotest relationship or rationale or reason for comparison.

You obviously did not read the linked information and the reason for the introduction of the bill.

Since I don't use the stuff and never needed it, I am going to go out on the limb and suggest that since it is a prescription drug, that you need a doctor's exam before getting it. SO, why do you need another liberal @ss bill to add to the millions of other useless regulations?

SO, how does this bill address the new female viagra? Or, do females have rights to their own body and so it must be unconstitutional for them to have to undergo any exams?

My response is to the original post.
The subject is so stupid it is not worth any further effort.
