The Daily Sun reported the Ohio Federal Court upheld the constitutionality of President Obama's healthcare law. This included a Republican judge!

This will go to the U. S. Supreme Court. I find it hard to believe that THEY will say, for the first time, being an American means that there is something you MUST buy.

Who knows what they will say at the Supreme Court? You can bet your last dollar that it will be a split decision. John Roberts will probably write the decision for the unconstitutional side. I am sure he has his conservative mind made up already.

It is also interesting that none of the ultra-conservatives on this forum have commented on a "liberal progressive" victory for healthcare reform.
