Default New Poll, Scott's Approval Numbers

in Florida are tanking big time, down to 29%. Must be a case of buyers remorse. He should have taken those federal dollars that went elsewhere after he refused the funds. Meanwhile Obama's approval in Florida has gone up 8 points, to 51%.

It's kind of crazy, really. Rick Scott runs for office with a platform of significant budget cuts, tax cuts and business incentives. Despite frantic Democrat mud slinging and screaming and yelling ............... he wins.

Now people who wanted these things never thought, for a minute even I guess, that Gov. Scott keeping his promises might slay some sacred golden calf of their own.

As Art Linkletter used to say, "people are funny".

is obvious that these poll numbers are coming from Democratic sources. Actor, would you even have reported these if our governor were a Democrat?

which is a nationally known, neutral polling organization. Sorry to disappoint you.

As a governor, Scott has done some mighty good things - in my opinion - and I am a bleeding heart liberal. I like the fact he decided against the high speed rail between Orlando and Tampa especially.

As a former CEO of the hospital consortium that was fined a record $2 billion for Medicare fraud, I think Scott is slime.

However, he is the governor. I will live with it - just as the Republicans must live with President Obama until at least the next election.

Oh c'mon. Is it an automatic reaction that any poll that doesn't show what you would like to believe must have been conducted by poll-takers from "the other side", or the poll was designed to get results which you don't want to believe?

This is a bit like when news is reported, people from one political ideology or the other assert that the news must have been written to favor their political opponents. I guess the only information that some will believe to be reliable is that produced by sources way, way over on their own side of the political spectrum.

What an easy way to get fooled into making wrong decisions in our democratic form of government.

I'm curious, what is the name of this organization and what were the questions that were asked?

I guess that I worded it other than how I really wanted to. My real concern was whether the poster would have posted it if the governor were a Democrat.
