Deindustrialization...it's been going on for the past 50 years. America peaked in the late 1950s when America's demographics began to change.

If the workers are going to be 3rd world minorities...why pay them high wages here when you can pay them 1/10th overseas?

No. Our modern industrialization started during WWII and continued well into the 50’s as we supplied Europe and Japan with supplies and tools to rebuild their infrastructure and society. Once they became self sufficient they then became our competitors.
