Default #roymoorechildmolester.....

Anthony Weiner sent a picture of his junk to a 16 year old and the LEFT threw him under the bus immediately. No defenses, no justifications.....Good!

This guy molests children and the RIGHT starts to justify his actions by quoting Biblical passages to justify it.....saying that Mary and Joseph were not married and that Joseph was substantially older than Mary.....

Excuse me? but the story is that Mary was a VIRGIN Mother.......and that Joseph never touched her.....

Where do people come up with their stories?

Do be fair it is also a very small number of Moore's supporters in Alabama and perhaps elsewhere who seem to be making this ludicrous argument.

Moore seems like a very strange politician.

Whether the charges against Moore are true or not...is still up for debate.

What's NOT up for debate, is the scumminess of those who would still support a pedophile and try to justify a 30 year old...hitting on even 16/17 year olds.

That these are often the same people who tout their Christianity and supposedly superior 'moral values'...tells you pretty much everything about flaming hypocrisy.

It also easily explains, why we now have the most ethically/morally bankrupt POTUS in history.

This behavior hardly seems Christian. Much of that of Donald John Trump as well.

Is it true? It is however a hit piece and meant to stop Moore. If it is not true then the stench of these allegation will linger unfairly around this man for the remainder of his life.

Thous shalt not bear false witness against thy neighbor

According to other journalists, the Washington Post reporters were not even trying to dig up dirt on Moore, but heard various rumors that had been circulating for years. The girls in question had actually brought it up a long time before, several of their friends and their mothers knew about it. PBS addressed the issue in a nonconfrontational, grown up way that I thought was excellent: Shields and Brooks on Roy Moore’s political future, Democrats’ Virginia victory - YouTube

This whole Roy Moore story dovetails nicely into the thread about whether there are "Christians" in TV. 99% of my family are Christians. Loving, caring, give you the shirt off their back kind of Christians. Roy Moore and his ilk are the kind of "Christians" that give them a bad name. Hiding behind the "Mary was a teenager" kind of talk (how can they possibly know that?). TV preachers kind of Christians who take great delight in condemning anyone who is not a Christian. Or raving maniacs like Pat Robertson. The Worst Televangelists Still Working Today Leave John Oliver As Appalled As You'll Be

While carrying water for rascals can work, up to a point, you eventually develop a reputation for carrying water for rascals. When you’re forced to defend what no one wants to defend—Trump’s Access Hollywood monologue, Roy Moore’s 17th-century view on the age of consent—you’re hemorrhaging your team’s capital: morale, self-respect, and credibility. People in the club drop out. Recruitment to the cause becomes harder.
