A clear confirmation for Putin (and all other world leaders) to continue doing what ever they want on the world stage, knowing the existing administration isn't going to do anything.

And with the Clinton admin boasting to continue Obama's failed track record along with the meaningless crap the discovered in the hack.....they smile, then laugh and continue on their merry way knowing the odds are in their favor....the USA seems commited to ongoing failure as a world player of any consequence!

The Russian hackers probably hacked the DNC computers to gather additional 'dirt' on Hillary to add it to the the 'dirt' they already gathered from Hillary's private server when she was Secretary of State.

I think Snowden cut a deal with Obama. He hacks into the DNC, releases the Trump Book of Lies and in return gets pardoned and comes home or someplace else of his choosing and no one ever sees or hears from him again.
