So he is going on the road to tell the American people why the GOP blocked his jobs bill.....pure, mainlining BS!!!!!!!!!!!!! Will he also mention his own party was/is not behind it either? Or that his good old boy Harry was the hold up to even get it to the agenda? Because they did not like the concept?

I am a constructive non conformist that made a successful career out of measuring executive performance. I really don't care about R or D or what ever other pegs there are.

Accomplishment to plan. Promises made VS promises kept. Doing what one has said/committed to do.

They I don't care about because all that matters is their agenda (we all have one eh?).

If you were around the first year of Obama's term, I said I would give him a year. Well that was a long time ago and still he rates no more than a failure on executive performance as measured very simply against what he said he was going to do. He has not done it and there is no expectation he will do any different for the rest of his term and GOD forbid an additional 4 years.
You can rearrange the spots on a leopard and when you are all done you still have a leopard.....in this case a word peddaling politician who can only believe he has addressed the issue by talking about it. Why else would he continue to do so without any results.

He would not have remained in his position one day past 6 months in the real world of performance.

Now if you or they want to put me in some convenient category that makes you feel good....be happy in your thoughts...even though wrong and off base.

Her tour wasn't paid by taxpayers in an apparent, (but with plausible deniability), misuse of public money for his reelection.

btk: I do not know if it to the depth or degree of your experience but I also had to measure executives performance,as well as middle managers, and other professionals but it was only a part of my job.

By most measurements including his speaking abilities , since he has to rely on a tele-prompter, Obama does not and cannot garner trust, respect or confidence as a leader.
