As can be seen in this forum AND some of the forums upstairs, there are sadly all too many that view being a thin-skinned bully as an attribute.

I've never asked anyone else to walk with me. That's an honor and debt that one either feels obligated to journey or not. Some can sit back and be critical, while others see it as an honor to be part of making the world a better place. And i would do it no matter which incompetent sits on the presidential throne. I didn't do it for the president. I did it for my family and country.

Not funny at all...simply intelligent.

The Clinton's never claimed that they made sacrifices like these parents did.

Recognizing others sacrifices, without claiming that you somehow 'sacrificed' also, simply because of your business decisions...is simply being a decent human being.

Whereas Chump's claim of supposed 'sacrifice'...is beneath contempt.

But hey, Chump's entire campaign is predicated on appealing to those crude, crass and base ignorant white folks that are enthralled with the fact that he chooses to renege on paying what he gave his word to and declaring bankruptcy to put people out of work when he screws up.

Yeah, those are great reasons to let a thin-skinned, megalomaniacal, racist bigot.....lead this great country.

You seem to have "sheep" on your mind all the time. Try to keep your fantasies to yourself. This is a family forum.

Oh, I see your logic.

Clinton voted for war
That war killed that man's son
That man was friend of a

CLinton staffer
Therefore that man's son's death is Trump's problem

Got it.

So, man asks Trump if he sacrificed
Man does not consider he is being played and that Clinton did not sacrifice and Bill left country to avoid draft.
Man's son died 14 years ago and he blames Trump

Trump defends himself and the left feels that is a bad thing.

Ok, got it.

BULL S***!

How much did they pay the guy to attack Trump?

But keep in mind Hillary has made tons of sacrifices too ... eg being the most cheated on woman in American history and maintaining a sham marriage so that she can gain power.

All hail to the Queen

What if Trump said I'm 70 years old. I have also lost friends and family in wars and more recently when the Twin Towers came down. We all carry that weight.

I chose not to serve and my children have made the same decision. When you have money, you have more options. I can't deny that. But I will do all that I can to honor their son, his comrades, along with all the people who protect us as police officers.

He might have taken this opportunity to show a kinder, more humble side. That's presidential.

Maybe it will be a payday for Hillary, too, when he gets that money plus interest. Remember that very long phone call between Trumpanzee and Bill Clinton just before the Trumpanzee announced his candidacy? Hmmm?
He has already said is was "a loan."

If he said that, he might have some of the under educate votes that he is catering to. They don't want a president. That want a loud mouth jerk ready to fight on a moments notice over nothing.

The Clinton's paid Mr. Kahn, and prepared his speech for him. No, Trump everyone isn't for sale. If they did, how stupid were you to respond the way you did?

A simple concept, yet you still don't understand?

Chump could have let it go, but he's way too thin-skinned and knee-jerk driven to have done so.

This was about a speaker who talked about how, if Chump had his way, their son would have never even had the opportunity to give the ultimate sacrifice for his country.

And then Chump doubles down on his ignorance, megalomania and bigotry, to try and convince folks that he has 'sacrificed' also...because of his business dealings?

Really?!

Sorry people, but losing your child in defense of this great country does not even compare to losing a few bucks in your business dealings.

To EVEN TRY and defend that they are even remotely equal...is beyond the pale.

It takes a special kind of ignorance to buy into that one, but as can be seen...there's no shortage of that going around.

McCain gets it.

Quite frankly I thought the Trump remark about McCAin would have upset more people here, more military and more Veterans then it did. I wonder what Pence gets to say about this.
