Real easy to summarize. No, you do not have to be convicted to be labeled a felon. If you commit a felony, then you are a felon. To make it real easy for you, so that you can't easily wiggle around this example, the Clintons STOLE thousands of dollars of gov property from the White House. Grand larceny is a felony. By paying restitution to the gov, they admitted their culpability. They are felons, regardless of conviction in court.
Hilary was found to have classified information on her unauthorized, unsecure computer. That is a felony. She confessed to giving her lawyer a thumbdrive with her emails that also contained classified information. That is a felony because he was not cleared for that information. She also employed several staff that were not cleared to work on her server which contained classified information. That is a felony. They have been given amnesty from prosecution. Why do I know these are felonies? Because that was my job in the state Dept, to know. There is absolutely NO requirement for intent, even though implied intent is evident when one illegally uses uncleared, unsecured personal equipment to transmit classified over the Internet. She also transmitted Amb Steven's travel Itinterary (classified and she knew it) over the Internet. She probably got him killed (my opinion).

That is a summary of SOME of her crimes. Why the director is lying to congress and to the people, I do not know. It is pretty scary to know that someone has gotten to our top law enforcement agent.

The Federal codes that Hillary violated are listed on the Internet if you wish to do a simple Google search.

This is just one of the reasons, she will never get my vote.

I would be glad to testify in congress. So would many other StateDept employees. NO ONE will be asked or even permitted.

I left when Hillary came in. If I was still there at the time, I would have gone to the IG and hope/hope that someone would listen. I have had clearances of personnel revoked for way less reason than what she did. If anyone handled classified like she did and worked for me, I have no doubt they would still be in prison.

Believe me when I tell you that before I worked for the State Dept, I worked of another organization. And when I was investigating someone's background in Suitland, MD my office discovered that one of the gov employees had a file cabinet of classified material in his home that he was using for reference to write a book. He was turned over to the FBI and was arrested and is still in prison. That was when the FBI was not so corrupt as it is now. Or perhaps he did not have ties with the FBI management.

Hillary is a criminal with corrupt leadership protecting her. Her violations are not minor. They are very serious.

I do not listen to or watch any political ads. They all take things out of context, no matter which side it is. I do my own research and make my own decisions. I do not take anything anyone else says as truth until I check it out. I have disagreed many times with fact checker and snopes. They go by how something is worded, just like that idiot FBI director was careful how he worded his testimony. I look at the facts, along with my experience and knowledge on a subject.

I know the laws pertaining to the handling of classified material. I know facts, not questions regarding Hillary's mishandling of classified. Hillary's apology would not work in a court of law on this subject. Hillary's intent would not matter regarding the mishandling of classified. She broke several laws, and admitted to having a server and admitted that she transmitted and received classified on it. She said she did not know it was classified. In my opinion, that is a lie because she is the ultimate authority on all StateDept classified. She admits that several technicians had access to her server. They admitted to congress that they did not have a security clearance. Another felony violated by Clinton. A thumbdrive with her emails was given to her lawyer. He was not cleared for classified, therefore that was a felony violated. Her server was not properly secured and safeguarded according to gov requirements. That was a law violated. These are facts, and other than the one opinion that I pointed out, the information that I stated is all evidence of broken laws. There is much, much more that should have been used to indict her but just what I stated on here is more than enough to indict her.

So, if anyone doubts what I just said they can easily confirm it on the internet, even to the extent of viewing her questioning by congress under oath.

She is not qualified to hold a security clearance, therefore she is not qualified to hold the position of president
