It's all over.

So why are people still arguing about something Donald Trump said three weeks ago?

Why are protestors milling around the streets of our cities holding up misspelled signs and promising revolution?

The argument ended early Wednesday morning when the votes were counted.

Trump won.

It was shocking, amazing, impressive, historic ---- all that and more.

The billionaire with no ideology except egoism, the ex-Democrat no one thought had a chance, turned everything upside down and made fools, losers or incompetents out of both major political parties, the liberal media, the pundits, the pollsters, the financial markets, the weathermen...

You hear suicidal talking heads in the liberal media saying that Trump tapped into something they didn't see.

Of course they didn't see it. They're liberals.

The reality is that Trump tapped into the kinds of issues that talk radio has been talking about for 25 years.

Every issue he brought up in the campaign -- from the border wall and the bad trade deals to tax cuts, ObamaCare and Islamic Muslim terrorism -- has been talked to death on talk radio.

Trump won because he internalized talk radio. Its audience became his base, which is different from the GOP's base, and he won because his rural rust-belt people showed up on Election Day to smoke Hillary.

So live with it, all you liberal media people, broken-hearted Hillary followers and angry Bernie children.

No matter how much you hated or feared Donald Trump three days ago, he's going to be your president in January.

I know it won't happen, but I hope all sad people will get a grip and say, "Hey, now that he'll be the president, what can we do to help him make America great again?"

Otherwise, what's their position going to be for the next four years? Join protest marches? Sit back and expect Trump to do everything on his own?

Or is it to be helpful?

If it's to be helpful, the first thing you have to do is stop arguing about the issues of the campaign 48 hours after it ended.

Your girl lost. Live with it.

Four years ago, and eight years ago, our guy lost. We lived with it.

Now the Republicans are in charge -- of everything.

"It's a sad moment in American history," said one man in Journal Square.
All the things they've been saying they wanted to accomplish in Washington but couldn't because of Harry Reed, Nancy Pelosi and President Obama's executive orders are soon going to be possible.

Republicans in Washington -- including the ones who hated Trump -- now have at least four years to put into place all those things they believe will make America great again.

It's going to be kind of hard to get things done if even the people on our side keep screaming and complaining about Trump. So get a grip.

No matter what we Republicans thought about Trump's racist statements, or his crude locker-room talk on the bus, or his narcissism, the bottom line was we thought less of Hillary Clinton.

Even at his worst, Donald was more likable than Hillary could ever be. That's why she lost.

Finally, to all those Democrats and Republicans who don't want to live in America anymore because Trump won, I have some advice:

"Get out of the streets. Go back to work if you have a job. Go back to school if you want to learn something.

"Cut with your rioting. Cut with your foot stomping. Cut with your bad language. Cut with your whining.

"And, really, grow up."

This is how it works every four years.

Turning tables

Imagine if tables were turned and Trump won the popular vote and Hillary won the electoral vote. Trump would have started the revolution screaming the system is rigged and there would have been rioting in the streets. Hillary conceded with class and dignity.

You promise?

I promise this will be my last post about politics. Do you believe in America and you voted for Hillary because she believed in America. If that was true, why hasn’t she done anything for veterans. Veterans are Americans and she hasn’t done anything to help them.

Protesting against protesting

We have protests going on in several cities across the country over the election of Donald Trump. I expect these protests to go on for some time. After all, it’s not like these protesters have to go to work tomorrow morning. And they probably have their own key to their parents’ house. I’m sure their moms will let the porch light on for them.

Just a bump

I was crossing Market Street from the east side to the west side and almost knocked my teeth out. The pot hole was so deep from where they dug up and patch. My car couldn’t even handle it when I hit it.

First lie

I just heard on CNN that Trump said he’s not going to build the wall, he can’t afford to build the wall and he’s just going to tighten security. He’s not even in yet as the president and he lies. He said he was going to build the wall and he’s not going to build the wall. That’s a lie. He shouldn’t be president.

Voter manipulation

Again the people were tricked at the ballot box. How many people knew that judges retirement age was already at 70? So they voted to move it up to 75 because of the way it was worded. People thought there was no retirement age at all. They know how to manipulate the uninformed voter.

Junk and a trunk

The City of Shamokin put some signs down by the swimming pool. No parking in the swimming pool parking lot. What a junkyard that is. So he takes the junk out of the parking lot and parks it on the street. So what’s the difference? Junk all over the place.

No help needed

Donny Trump won the election without the help of the news media. Why did he need them when he had Russia and the mob to help?

No help coming

These protesters against Trump, most of them are low lifes and they’re all kids who need a good crack across the face when they’re growing up because they’re a society of self entitlement. They think they should be given everything and now that Trump’s in the free ride is over. So people are going to work now for a living. He’s going to get rid of all the welfare bums and HUD and all this scum that came into the Shamokin area.

A set up

They’re arresting kids and ruining their lives by putting felonies on them. And who’s doing it is some of the other cops in Shamokin. They’re arresting kids who shouldn’t even be arrested. They set them up.

Maybe Greg Maresca can write his column that Donald Trump saved us from an Independence Day resurgence. I’m pretty sure people from far away are coming like cockroaches and rats.

High praise robbery

They’re protesting for Hillary and she stole all the money. What a wonderful life.

Be sure that those riots are really professionally organized to destabilize this nation and to force a recasting of the electoral college on December 19th so that the socialist can continue their agenda. and unfortunately we have a sufficient number of useful idiots in this nation that are willing but unaware of how globalists are manipulating them

There would not have been rioting in the streets if Trump had lost. The right does not do that. WE did not do that after Obama won either election. These are mostly hired thugs, along with young college students that probably didn't even vote. The picture is that the left is immature and nasty. Obama is allowing it to happen because he is Soros's puppet, as was Hillary. This is funded by George Soros's Socialist Advantage group.

They should be put down by use of fire hoses and tear gas. The mix of the two elements are quite unpleasant. Any stragglers can be directed by use of police batons.
