Put the darn negotiations on cspan. Everyone will want to look reasonable and will negotiate in good faith.
Now.. wanna know why they wont. . Dems dont want to be seen saying their bs.. and Repubs dont want to say publically what specfic things they will cut and how much until the Dems will agree to them so Repubs wont have to take the heat.. BOTH ARE POLITICS.
