Beginning in 2018, California will officially recognize a third gender option for residents who do not identify as a male or female.

Democrat Gov. Jerry Brown signed the Gender Recognition Act on Sunday, making California the first state in America to legally recognize a third gender.

As the act suggests, residents will be able to identify as “nonbinary” on state drivers’ licenses, birth certificates and other identification documents, according to The Sacramento Bee.

Democratic state Sen. Scott Wiener introduced the Gender Recognition Act. It was one of several gender-oriented bills he has pushed this year, including one that penalizes with jail time certain Californians who refuse to use transgender pronouns, The Daily Caller reported.

You should take into consideration that not everyone in a race has the same cultural vales, family structure,interest or abilities. having said that people should be judged by character and behavior.

My interest here is in speaking to the "con game" progressives believe they are successfully foisting on n unsuspecting public. the NFL faux protest are a prime example.
