The title of the thread.

This has not been answered. Trump said it's because of an audit and the IRS said the audit makes no difference.

Not everyone trusts him.

[oh, oh, i think i hear a hillary comment coming soon-it's like when pavlov's dog hears a bell and salivates]
So, who's business is it? If someone's tax return is basis for trust then America has a warped sense of trust. I didn't care how much money Romney made and I don't care about how much Trump makes. It has no bearing on his ability to lead.

On the other hand, I do NOT trust your candidate Hillary with her lies about her email. I do know what I am talking about because I worked in IT and telecommunications for the State Dept and I do know what is lawful and what is not. She is a criminal. And yes, if you are going to talk politics and mention Trump's trustworthiness, then you can expect that your candidate's trustworthiness will also be called out. So, my suggestion to you is don't throw stones until you open you windows.

Another thing about taxes, since you brought it up. You DO know that the Clintons are being investigated regarding possible tax fraud, right? Another trustworthy issue.

You do remember that the Clintons stole thousands of dollars worth of gov property when they left the White House, right? Lesson learned: don't invite the Clintons into your home.

If trustworthy is dictated by how forthcoming one is about their earnings, then I guess you won't think me trustworthy because I would suggest to you that it is none of your business.

I don't understand why Trump should release his tax returns. He filled out a financial disclosure form and he is audited every year. If he cheated, he would be in jail.
Why is the amount of taxes paid relevant as long as he pays what he owes. Why are the elites concerned about his taxes and not Hillary's speech transcripts,
Obama's grade transcripts or John Kerry's service record (which by the way would show a less than honorable discharge). The only people who care abut his tax returns are people who won't vote for him anyway.

Just imagine if Obama or Clinton said no tax returns before the election. This board would be lit up like a Christmas tree.

If he discloses his tax return like all the others have in the past 50 years he may loose votes. He could shoot somebody in broad daylight and not loose votes. Why is he afraid to release his tax return?

You mean like Obama's refusal to release his birth certificate? Or his transcripts? Or generally anything else about himself?

They are too young to understand the dangers of a socialized system. They are too young to have fought against the spread of socialism in other countries.

Tell me why Trump should fund his campaign totally out of pocket? Get a life.
Because he said he would fund his campaign totally out of pocket. That's what self-funded means.

Even Richard (I'm not a crook) Nixon released his tax returns even while they were being audited.

Trump never self-funded his primary campaign. He lent money to his campaign, and you'd better believe he will repay himself with interest because he is a businessman.

ICYMI, President Obama released his birth certificate several years ago, and the Obama's release their tax returns annually. The Clinton's have released 30 plus years of tax returns. It's expected when you run for the highest office.

Perhaps EXPECTED, but not Mandatory. He said that he would release them, so it's no big deal. It's a sad day when that is all you can find to use against him.

Obama released his birth certificate years after he was elected. When is he going to release his transcripts? Others have.

But, this stuff is just a curiosity and not pertinent to the election. Tax returns are not mandatory. The only thing mandatory is age and citizenship.

He did not say he would not release his tax returns.

Too many adopt without question what they pick up from the media and parrot how the media wants them to think and act.

Did he release his tax returns? NO!

Did he say he would not release his tax returns? NO!

So who said what date they had to be released by? The media? The minions and lemmings? Or the robotic media parrots?

A lather all worked up over nothing. Yesterdays news!
BFD the Clintons released them for 30 years. They are such good law abiding folks....

Precisely. Frankly I'm far more concerned about Trump's support of Planned Parenthood than I am about how much money he makes and how much tax he pays.

If and when Chump releases his tax returns, neither his rabid supporters nor his detractors will change their minds about him.

What he's really scared of, is showing that he's not nearly as rich as he's bragged he is.

Being shown a blowhard liar is his biggest fear in life and is what drives his massive insecurity.

Which is ironic, given that he still probably has more money than he can spend in his lifetime.

In the past 7 years plus an additional 2 year campaign for office no one not a single soul has ever emerged who has said " yes, I knew Obama in College " . Not a single person --- doesn`t that strike you as a bit odd ?
