I think the main reason people like Trump is that he can, and will, MAKE THINGS HAPPEN!
Kasich and Cruz watch things happen. Sanders, Clinton, Rubio, Romney and Bush wonder.... 'What the heck just happened'? |

What he is promising you, he cannot do. Only congress and his nomination will cinch his party losing congress. He will not be King, simply a President who is ONE part of our system. WAKE up....READ...he cannot do it...he is playing you |

That's why it's pretty clear to most of us, you excepted, that Trump offers e best chance to indeed make things happen. Our system separates power by design so it takes leadership to get people together to actually do something. Obama by contrast is passive and mainly plays golf and gives really good hot air speeches. |

Poster made the point that nobody will work with him and that everyone, including his own party, oppose him personally, his character, and his positions. So please, you replied to a poster who simply stated facts. What does it mean ? The most "trump friendly" pundits, all the polls suggest not only will he get beaten..no wait..thrashed in the general, but cause congress to go to Democrats. I am a conservative and it hurts me to say these things, but are you paying attention to anything beyond what he says ? |

Do you have a point? The poster said everyone hates Trump. Personally, I don't like him either but explain the 50% higher Republican voter turn out. Explain the drop in Democrat voter turnout. It doesn't matter because I really don't care. I have no intention of voting for him in the Primary. And just because someone might be of the same party as myself, does not mean that I have to agree with any comment they make. |

That is one reason in these open primaries, he is winning but cannot surpass a certain percentage. Closed primaries coming up. In addition, many are turning out to vote against Trump. I did not mean to diminish the post but it made no sense at all. Sure there are Dems crossing over to vote in primary, but I will assure you in a general election, the black vote turn out may exceed that for Obama and the Hispanic vote will be simply amazing and they will not be voting for Trump. |
