It is obvious the democratic party places a higher priority on the black community than any other segment of the population.

They are hoping to get the same distribution of votes in the election.

Haven't seen this anywhere. But, IF it is true, my understanding is that the streets, sidewalks and shops are public, but the square proper is private property of TV. If so, I wouldn't let them put one toe inside the square.
