I can't understand anything that voice on the villages app says for navigating. I have and android phone. The voice is fast and garbled. My husband has an apple phone and the app sounds fine. Does anybody hae this problem also?

Hi,
Your phone has two different volume settings.

• Make sure the Mute button on your phone is off. (It’s on the top left side of your iphone.)

• Turn up your Volume as high as possible before opening the app.

• Start a route from your home or wherever you are.

• After you click “Start” and it shows the route, turn up your volume again.

Now you are good to go :-)

If you have any other issues, please contact us at villagesgps@gmail.com

Best Regards,
Villages GPS Team

I stream it through my hearing aids via bluetooth. Flawless sound. The only downside is if the phone rings while I'm getting directions to somewhere. I'd have to pull over to answer the phone, and then reset the GPS because my phone can't send me both sounds from both apps at the same time.
