Default Another System to Watch This Week

Don't intend to alarm anyone, but this is one to watch this week.

Copied from The National Hurricane Center:

1. Eastern Tropical Atlantic:
A tropical wave continues to produce disorganized showers and
thunderstorms several hundred miles south of the Cabo Verde Islands.
Environmental conditions are forecast to be conducive for gradual
development of this system, and a tropical depression is likely to
form during the early to middle part of next week while it moves
westward and then turns northwestward at 5 to 10 mph over the
eastern tropical Atlantic.
* Formation chance through 48 hours...low...20 percent.
* Formation chance through 5 days...high...70 percent.

Public advisories issued by the Weather Prediction Center on
Post-Tropical Cyclone Ian can be found under AWIPS header TCPAT4,
WMO header WTNT34 KWNH, and on the web at
Weather Prediction Center (WPC) Home Page.

Please let me know when it will be time to worry about this. My worry schedule is rather full at the moment.

Let the food stores replenish, before you start another panic.

Spousal Unit and I have initiated a hurricane "tradition". Ribeye dinner the day before, and lobster the day after.

Anybody know any place in TV that sells more than one kind of Zinfandel? Or even sells Zinfandel at all? Hard to find down here. Seghesio, Cline, or Turley.

I guess you always find a worrier in the crowd. The Hurricane season lasts until Dec 1 I’m sure there may be more.

Both the GFS and Euro currently show the "wave" remaining a weak wave out to 5 days and then dissipating by the 7th day before it gets to Bermuda -- but then again -- long term (and short term) forecasts can be very wrong.

Most of these storms seem to just affect Bermuda and/or other parts of the middle of the Atlantic Ocean.

Going out to sea - northern track - like most of the other storms this year.
No worries!

Turley is my favorite. Join their wine club turleywinecellars .com
Total wine has Seghisio and other zinfandels. They have Turley and Carol Shelton on their website.
