Default How much rain did you get?
Yesterday was one of the rainiest days since I moved to the Villages and I am trying to figure out how much rain we got.

My rain gauge says about 4.5 inches but my weather app says 2.65 inches. I live in the Sawgrass area.

How much rain did you get?

Our rain gauge here in Tamarind Grove holds 7 inches, and it is full up.

My rain gauge in Osceola Hills registered 4.25 inches

It appears that everyone got at least 4 inches. Does anyone know how the weather app works as it is about 2 inches off what people have measured?

Not sure which weather app you’re using. Some use a local airport as a default location. So it might be picking up rainfall amounts somewhere else.

We got just under 5” in the Hammock @ Fenney. Think I might need a bigger rain gauge.

I am using the weather app that came with the IPhone. Does anyone know a more accurate one?
