I left Carrabelle this morning and they are taking this very seriously as they preparing for a direct hit. I passed tons of power trucks and evacuation busses on my way out of town. It was eerily quiet.

Correct, the models are predicting a 90 percentile storm well into Georgia and NC, TN.
