Thumbs down Ugly!

Is the best way to describe the weather prediction...for TV tonight.

Batten down the hatches and let's hope that the worst...doesn't come to pass.

At 10 PM, looks like most of it is passing north of us, thank goodness.

No, I’m wrong. Looks like it’s heading our way.

So happy to be in the Villages now instead of up north, this is not ugly, it's paradise. It's all relative.

The front has passed, it's over except for light rain. It moved very fast and was about an hour ahead of schedule.

In Australia now, watching the camera that shoots out our CYV laundry room window to the street. Lots of lightning. Lots. I don't know what day it is back in TV, because we're over the international date line and we're 14 hours ahead. My brain hurts trying to figure that out. But the weather in TV did not look good at 7:00 pm Hobart time, 2/7. Maybe JohnW can figure out when that was in TV.

A Weather Underground station a few blocks away indicated winds as high as 29 MPH. The precipitation rate was 2.69" of rain per hour. While not a disaster, it still was an impressive, windy , albeit short-duration storm.

Watching the snow as I type, 2”, then 6”, 4” more tomorrow. Just this weekend. I am here alone for a few weeks. Snowblower ready. Skis on the rack ready for some fun. It’s so pretty when the sun makes everything sparkle. Then back to TV
