Or you could call it arrogance or a possible personality disorder (had a less than pleasant experience with a certain landscaper who operates under the same modus operandi...)

Yes, Gracie . . . Mansfield does the same thing. When we were considering choosing a landscaper, I spoke to him three times and each time I had to listen to his sermon. I couldn't even interrupt him. I requested certain shrubs and and without going into a long dissertation, he virtunally insulted me as though I didn't know what I was talking about (and I most certainly did!).

Yes, people who rant and rave are very annoying. In the case of Mansfield, we went elsewhere and definitely made the right choice.
